Sam has lived in Kelowna for most of his life; the Okanagan Valley has been home for over 40 years.
"Our family roots are in this beautiful city. We developed property and businesses in Kelowna, Glenmore and Westbank in the 1960s, 1970s,1990s & 2000s. Through all economic conditions-good or bad, we have been dedicated and successfully involved Kelowna residents.
I attended Glenmore Elementary, Dr. Knox, KSS and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from OUC (now UBC-O). I also graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a Master's Degree in Social Work, with Distinction. Today, I continue to live and work serving people in Kelowna, where I grew up.
